In the upcoming issue of Attitude magazine Joe McElderry has revealed that he’s way too busy for romance and even if he did have a new man he probably wouldn’t tell us about it anyway – What a spoilsport!

When quizzed about rumours of a secret boyfriend, last year’s X Factor champ said, “It’s a private thing. It’s not a yes. But even if it was, I wouldn’t talk about it” – Oh.

The 19-year-old, who came out shortly before releasing his debut album Wide Awake, admitted he’s not short of offers, but he simply doesn’t have enough time to do anything about it.

He said, “You get offers from everybody, everybody” – Do you? We don’t. Sad face.

“I am extremely busy - so I don’t even have time to notice. I don’t know where, when or how. I’m not going to plan it. If it happens, it happens.”

This is true Joe, this very true, in fact our mum told us the exact same thing so it must be true
