Radio Tour - Hayley’s Joe Adventure.
« on: September 28, 2010, 06:09:14 AM »

Monday 27th September 2010 - North East (said in Big Brother man voice).

Ok, so I shall start where I always begin, my journey.  Josie had to drop me off to Luton early to a coach to get to Stansted airport, I missed the coach due to flaffing around on joe-music.  After Josie dropped me off and gave me instructions on where to walk about 10 times I wondered up to the coach/bus park. I didn’t really know what to do as I had missed my coach so I walked about like a lost puppy for a bit before deciding to have a wonder inside the airport to find a info desk.  And what should I see, only a National Express ticket stop, bingo.  So I paid the £5 amendment fee and then waited for the coach.

Surprise, surprise I got a little lost once I got to the airport and decided to get something to eat before Joanne met up with me.  For some silly reason we didn’t go through security until we had too, despite the fact we could have done a long time before.

We got to Joanne’s at about 11pm, and didn’t go to bed until abotu 2.30am as we were chatting and on the sites, event though we had to get up at 6.30am.

Joanne put Metro radio on as we were getting dressed and we listened to the rest of it in the car, we both were like *yay* when Hazel’s phonecall came on.

We waited outside Real Radio for Joe to come into the station, as soon as he appeared I went all floppy again and couldn’t speak.  I stood there while Joanne asked Joe to sign something for a friend and get a picture, at that point I lost my bottle to ask for a picture myself, but luckly Joe asked if I wanted a picture, which of course I replied with, Yes pleeeeeeease, got a picture with Joe and again smelt Joe, he smelt beautiful again.  tongue laugh This is the clip you see in that video lol. I then just said, thank you.  They were the only words I musted up, Joanne asked if Joe enjoyed saturday at the Splash of Pink event and he said yes, and asked what time we left, he also said he was surprised to see fans there.

After Joe had pictures and quick chats with all the fans he went into the radio station.  We hung around to see Joe come out.  A guy from Tyne & Tees tv station was trying to video people talking about Joe, Kirsty (from twitter), said a few words which is also in the video.  When the guy asked if anyone else wanted to record, some people shouted HAYLEY, and I was like oh no.  I look bad enough on tv without hearing my dreadful voice.  LOL

After what must of been quite a while Joe came out of the studio and had another quick word with Joanne, I couldn’t think of anything to say again.  smirk so I just stood there like a lemon.

So time to leave real radio…...... or so we thought.  Joanne’s car door wouldn’t open, but I was sure I was trying to open it properly, I mean it’s not rocket science is it, I can normally manage to open a car door successful, no sense of direction is needed to do that one.

We got in the car and, oooooh no, the car didn’t start, the battery was dead.  Joanne had to call the thickest man on the planet to organise the AA man to come out.  AA was probably the only letters in the alphabet he could figure out as he got every other word and letter mixed up.  So there we are waiting for the AA man to come to the rescue.

fter the car was fixed, which didn’t take long, we popped back at Joanne’s before going to Asda to print out a couple of pics for Joe to sign, they were about 34p a photo.  Now if that isn’t worth ya money I don’t know what is, I am going to get them framed and take pride position in my living room, after showing my nan of course.  cool smile

Then it was time for Real Radio again, we may aswell have not left tbh, we weren’t gone long lol.  We meet up with LindyLou and grabbed a quick sarnie from Boots to eat in the car while waiting for Joe to come and do his acoustic performance.  All three of us where just sitting in the car chatting away.  I had my drink in one hand and a bag of crisps in the other when I saw Joe’s van pull up near us, I screamed, flapped my arms in the air like a chicken and chucked my crisps on the floor.  I opened the car door, screamed again, before then throwing my drink in the car aswell.  LOL All three of us then ran to the entrace of Real Radio to speak to Joe again., unfortunately Joe was rushed pretty much straight in, so we were intending on waiting around for when he left, I really wanted to try and get Joe to sign my photos and get Lindy a photo with Joe.  tongue rolleye

It was blooming freezing, with bits of rain.  My hands and feet were dead like at Newcastle tour, but we were determined to stick it out. I saw a campervan come round and thought, ooh what an interesting choice of travel, when out pops only Eileen and Hilda, oh yeah Eileen drives a campervan people.  LOL she was looking nice and smart and I got a little bit starstuck, couldn’t speak once again, other then “hellooooooooo”.

Someone had asked if we could go in and watch Joe’s performance and the guy said he would ask, I thought he said that for us to get off his case, so I was like yeah right.  He came out for a ciggerate a bit later and said we were deffo getting in, I thought he was playing a joke on us, either that or they had taken pity on us, like the little dogs in the RSPCA ads, please would you help this cold, hungry animal who needs a soft warm place to stay, and thought I will believe it when I see it.  And well as if by magic, it’s wasn’t long before we were waiting inside the Real Radio waiting room, now what a transformation that was, one minute we were out in the freezing cold with frost bite and getting wet, next we were rubbing shoulders with the stars of Real Radio, like something from Stars in their eyes.  LOL

Joe walked through to have another little chat in the studio booth and seemed slightly shocked to see us lot sitting in the waiting room.  Joe said hello again and one of the dj’s said we were watching his performance, Joe just said, oh right then, good, see you there or something. We could see Joe having his interview and I couldn’t help but stare out him, we did wonder whether it’s one of them windows that you can’t see through but can look out of, if you could see of of them, he would have seen a few people looking, pointing and smiling at him.

After a little bit they told us to make our way upstairs, at which point me and Joanne couldn’t breath, I am sure Lindy and the others were struggling too. I remember me and Joanne grabbing each others arms and saying, is this actually going to happen, EEEEEEEEKKKK, *imaginary excitement spasm to be inserted*. We went in and sat down the little room filled with Real Radio employee’s and press and waited for Joe’s performance.  Nana Hilda was in the first row we noticed.

Kelly or Vote Joe as she is still named did a little introduction, which I found quite moving actually, talking about how they had supported Joe from the beginning, she asked for all the people who changed their name to put their hand up and quite a few of them had done it.

Then it was time for Joe to come on to sing.  I know you guys have listened to the recordings, and I think they are amazing, but something was lost from being in that small room watching and hearing Joe sing to what you hear on the mp3/youtube version.  It sounded a million times better when you were there, like Joanne said, the recordings do not do the live performance justice.  It felt like Joe was singing even without a mic at times, just his pure voice.  Joe’s facial expressions, movements etc just poured of passion and emotion, I was sitting their with a massive grin on my face but tears filling up too.  I think it was a mix between being geniuely touched by the lyrics and how Joe sang the song and the emotion he put into it, and that overwhelming feeling of pride I feel whenver I see him achieve wonderfulness.  The fact this was the first time Joe had sang Ambitions live made if feel so much more special.  In this tiny little room, Joe’s voice was so powerful, I loved the way he switched between singing falsetto and more of his normal voice.  I think everyone there was just in awe of this tiny little guy on the stage with this huge talent.  I can not even describe how incredible it was, sorry to be soo soppy and gushing, but it was so beautiful, I was mezmerised, could not take my eyes off Joe.  It really was a once in a life time experience, priceless really.  Just reminded me how much I would love an accoustic album or gig.  It was just heaven, Joe’s voice was just so powerful and incredible.

am going to stop rambling, I think you may get it, he sounded fantastic.  And to anyone who says Joe cannot sing, can look forward to a smack in the mouth from me, and i am normally a no violence kind of girl.  LOL So after the rihanna mash up and Ambitions, Joe came back to have some photos.  Me, Joe, Joanne and Lindy all got one today, I wonder if it will appear on the Real Radio website.  big surprise

We then went downstairs to get Joe to sign our photos.  Joe said to Joanne, you travel around more then me, she laughed and said, yeah I get around a bit.  LOL

I forced myself to ask Joe to sign my photos Joe asked, whats your name again, as if he knew it in the first place, and was trying to encourage myself to actually speak to him, Joe then said, so did you like the accoustic version of Ambitions as if he wasn’t sure if we would like it, I gushed, yeah I loved it Joe, worth coming down from London for, Joe replied, Oww well I am glad you liked it tongue wink

Lindy got a picture.  Joanne asked what time he would be at Tyne & Tees and Joe said he would see us there, ooh now if that is not an invite Mr. McElderry.

Then we made our way back to the car, me and Joanne were still pinching each other at this point.  Said bye to Lindy and got in the car, I don’t even think the door when shut when I started to scream.  Me and Joanne then continued to scream and shout and kick our legs about.  We were having such a Joe love-in on the way back to Joanne’s we got totally lost, which is a new experience for me.  LOL I was meant to get an earlier train, but as by Joe’s earlier request of seeing us there, I thought I must oblige lol.  tongue laugh So I thought feck it, get the later train, whats the worst that can happen.

We drove to pick up a friend of Joanne’s who also wanted to meet Joe but had been at uni all day.  It was nice she was there as it meant Joe had another fan at ITV.  As soon as Joe got of the van and said hello he recognised that he hadn’t spoken to Leanne that day, Joe got a picture with Leanne and chatted quickly before going into the studio.

It was like Titanic freezing at this point, my fingers were literally falling off, so we seeked shelter in Joanne’s car, where I still shivered, but slightly less then I would have down outside.

Around about the time we thought Joe would be finishing we braved the cold once again to see Joe for like the 10th time that day.  Joe came out of the studio and hugged everyone and had a picture with us, even though he had already had photos with us.  I wasn’t going to ask for another one as I felt cheeky, but Joe oftened, so yano.  I will post the pics once Joanne sorts them out and sends them over to me, they are on her camera.  No rush Joanne. wink

OMG forogt to say, after the accoustic set and signing our things Joe gave us all a big hug, we didn’t ask for one, we got it anyway, awwww it was lovely, I deffo remember patting his back this time.  Joe’s hugs are the best!

Then it was time for me to go home. Sad  I had to buy a new ticket and had just missed one when I got in, the next train wasn’t for over an hour so I was nattering away to kill some time. My train ended up being delayed for about half an hour, no idea why.  On the journey from Newcastle, my phone battery died and my netbook battery finally gave in too, luckly not too long before the train got into London.  Then disater struck, I had missed my last tube.  I had to wait about 45 minutes for a night bus to take me only about a 5th of my journey home.  I thought I knew the 24 hour bus I needed to get to connect me to another 24 hour bus, however the bus never came.  So I end up walking from London Bridge trying to find a station that this bus runs from.  I then ended up near my work and decided to order a company car cab from work as I was a bit scared I couldnt get home.  So there I am 2am in the morning at work ordering myself a taxi, and reading the X Factor mag which was in my bag while waiting.  God knows what anyone is going to think of the little note I left regarding why I had ordered a taxi.  You just can’t take me anywhere.

I got home at around 2.30am, so a really long day.  It is now 6 in the morning and I will be getting sorted to go to Manchester soon.  Rock n Roll lifestyle eh, should get some sleep.

So to end my review, I will say, today (technically yesterday), topped off an amazing weekend, and was a fab day.  It will take some beating seeing the accoustic performance.  I now have two more pictures with Joe and shock horror I spoke to him a little bit.  I plan to try and have a conversation with him, we shall see how it goes.  It’s all very exciting!

It’s been a mad day, I am still buzzing.  I fricking love Joe McElderry!

Ok so I met with Jenni on Wednesday.

Thursday 29th September 2010

We got up at 6am to get to Key 103 for 8am.  When we found the radio station, we saw a few other people there.  Joe's van came round and we all got quite excited, Joe never appeared, so some girls ran round the corner, the tour man then said we were waiting at the wrong side, so we all ran round, but were told Joe had gone in.  Sad  Then Joe came back out, *yay* Jenni went up to Joe to get a picture, Joe shook her hand which was rather sweet, then they hugged and she kissed his neck, (apparently all innocent, Jenni will have to explain more).  It did unfortunately take me about 2 minutes to figure out the camera, and poor little Joe was looking at me like, come on.  I kept saying, sorry Joe, just a second, until the picture finally worked.

I didn't get a picture this time, I felt a bit cheeky after having two on Monday.

Joe went into the station for his interview and we waited outside in the freezing cold, it was raining too so I didn't need to bother drying my hair.  We got chatting to some other fans who were really lovely, we could see Joe through the window and were waving to him.  We were listening to the interview on their phone.

When Joe left the studio's and he got some more pictures with people, and said he would see us all later.

Me and Jenni went to find something to eat and a lovely guy called Mark showed us how to get on the Metro tram, Mark ended up staying with us for the whole day, he was such a sweet boy.  After getting something to eat we had a browse around the shops and Jenni got her photo printed at Boots.  Mark then decided to buy some Jammy Doggers and/or a little bracelet from Agros.  We tried in vain for the Jammy Doggers, and after getting lost in the shopping centre, we finally found Agros and picked out a little braclet for Joe, we bought it as a joint present.

We saw on twitter that the time for Real Radio had changed, so we went in a cab to Real Radio.  We were not waiting too long before Joe came in, but he was running late and couldn’t stop for pictures, Joe kept saying as he went in, I will see you all when I get out, bless him.

After standing outside for a little while, a guy came out, counted everyone and said we would be allowed inside to hear Joe’s acoustic set.  Now I couldn’t believe this, after Monday I never thought I would be that lucky again, we didn’t even have to beg this time.

The door was opened, and we all went in, signed in the book and were taken upstairs to where the office is and where Joe would be singing.  I took my seat, not realising at the time that a man doing the camerawork was sitting right in front of me, but I got a good view of Joe when I tilted my head towards Jenni.  Jenni hadn’t seen Joe live before so it was a very special for her.  Joe came in and had a cup of tea with him, he looked beautiful like always.  Joe sang the mash up and Ambitions like before, again sounded incredible, I felt quite emotional watching him again, and we were so close to him.  I waffled on about the singing the last time, so I will just say it was a fantastic experience, and I felt very lucky once again to be there.  Afterwards me and Jenni got a professional picture with Joe.  Hopefully it gets put on the Real Radio site like the Newcastle one.

Forgot to say, a guy called Simon who we meet, said, hi I am Simon and shook Joe’s hand, Joe said, hi I am Joe.  LOL  We all burst out laughing and said, we know you are Joe, we are here to see you, and he did a cute little giggle.

Also forgot to mention Joe asked if I like the acoustic performance at Real, and I was like OMG Joe I loved it.

So we got outside of Real Radio to wait for pictures from Joe and he went up to some people he hadn’t met before first and had pictures and autographs. When he finally came up to me I found the courage to ask him to do the video for joe-music.  Some people know that I have been planning on doing it ever since I decided to go on the radio tour, I wanted Joe to know there were plenty of fans who coulded make it, but still love him all the same, and I thought you guys might like a little video from Joe.  I know it’s really short, but I love it, and will play it all the time on my phone haha.

My photos of Joe had been a disater up until this point, each time I kept him waiting for ages while I try to figure out the camera on my phone, this time was no difference, in fact I took a picture instead of the video., which is the photo I posted earlier, I was so embarrassed, I kept saying oooh sorry Joe, but he just said it was ok.  Joe did a quick phonecall to a fan then turned back to me and I said it was ready. I was shaking as I filmed it as I was sooo nervous to ask him, and kept banging on about it and telling Jenni to force me to ask him to do it, and I am so pleased I did.

I ended up buying a digital camera too, despite the fact I have one at home that just needed a memory card, but I couldnt’ face the embarrassement of another time of leaving Joe waiting for the picture

So after Real Radio we went back to Key 103, there was quite a few people here and I met up with PrincessL44 and Sharon.  Joe came out of the studio abotu 6.15pm and we assumed he had finished for the day, he was getting a bit crammed in as there were alot of people crowding him trying to get photos and autographs.  Then at 6.30pm Joe went back inside, we then realised he had popped out to see the fans on his break.

It was freezing and I couldn’t feel my legs so was very happy to go into a pub next door, get a much needed drink and warm up a bit.  Good job we did as we were still waiting for him to come out gone 8pm.

Getting on for 8.30pm we knew the show would be finishing and some girls had the radio one their phones.  We saw Joe in the foyer drinking a diet coke and he yawned and stretched and everyone was like awwwwwwww and he so saw us looking as he laughed.

Joe finally got out and started doing more photos at 8.30pm, I let people who hadn’t got pictures before have them.  I took a very bad picture of Joe, PrincessL44 and Sharon, it was on zoom and I couldn’t figure out how to take it off zoom, so if you are reading this, I am sooooo sorry, I am not the best with cameras.  LOL

Mark had a picture with Joe and asked if he liked the joint gift from me and him, Joe said he loved it.

Joe once again made sure he got a photo with everyone who asked for one and was as lovely as normal despite the fact he had been working for over 12 hours and looked tired.  Joe even asked, does everyone have a photo, have I seen everyone before leaving bless him.  Joe then said goodbye to everyone, and said, I will see you tomorrow.  I shouted out, yes see you tomorrow.  I felt quite comfortable seeing him then as he does make you feel like you are talking to a friend.

Thursday 30th September 2010

Joe wasn’t schedule at Nottingham radio until 4pm.  Without getting up and stupid O’clock we wouldn’t have made the ones in Leeds or Lincs.

For some reason we thought we had loads of time, and was happily sitting on joe-music and chatting the day away.  At about 11.10am Jenni realised we were meant to check out of the hotel at 11am to avoid a £20 charge.  The hotel then rang through to our room to see why we hadn’t checked out yet, Jenni said she had been ill and they said no more about it.  We got ready and checked out, I had to go to the bank and we were still thinking we had ages. Then all of a sudden we realised we were in danger of missing our train, we jumped into a taxi to get to the station, but there was lots of traffic.

Once at the train station, I ran ahead to get the tickets and the man at the desk I think thought I was mad, I think I was probably shouting, I need to get to Nottingham or something and my face was like a tomato.  We then realised the platform was the furthest platform away and would require some serious Mission Impossible stunts, by some miracle we made it onto the platform and the train was still there, I ran on and told the man to wait for my “mum”, Jenni came hobbling along and once at the door, she literally chucked her bags at me and threw herself onto the train, luckily the doors shut a few seconds after she got herself on.  We struggled to find a seat as they were all reserved but managed to find two spare.  The guy next to Jenni started talking and I think he thought we were a bit mental, he kept asking if we had been partying all night.  LOL

We got to Nottingham at 2.30pm and had planned to meet Becca at 3pm, so we were doing good.  Becca got there a bit early and we met up outside the station and jumped into a cab to take us to the radio station.

We waited out of the back of the station at first and no-one was around.  We just talked about Joe for about half an hour, then decided to investigate whether we were standing in the right area, we saw some people waiting up a ramp and the entrace so went up there.  We met Jeanette from twitter, and we waited around for quite a while as Joe was late, luckily the weather was nice, for a change.

Joe came at 4.40pm, 40 minutes late and he couldn't stop as he went in, but he promised he would be out afterwards, Becca waved at him and he said, I will be out in a bit ok, and we were all like, ok.

We waited for a bit longer, then Joe came out.  One of the first ladies he hugged wanted an autograph for her daughter who is in hospital, Joe then said, shall I do a little video for her, and everyone was like awwwwwwwww.  Joe then got a picture with Jeanette and signed her Joe t-shirt, she gave him some choccies.  Then she mentioned to him how he has helped her get over the grief of loosing her husband and you could see Joe's face change, he gave Jeanette a big hug and said how sorry he was to hear that.

Joe then had pictures with Becca, Jenni and me and everyone else there.  I will upload them now. Wink

Me & Joe.

Joe and Jenni

After the hug Jeanette got a bit teary and Joe was rubbing her shoulder saying, ooww please don't cry.  Jeanette afterwards went up to Eileen and mentioned the fan letter she had sent to Joe explaining her situation, and Eileen remembered it, which I think also meant alot to Jeanette.

Here is the rest of the pictures. Wink

Group Picture

After Joe went me, Jenni, Becca and Jeanette continued to chat for ages before making our way to the station. We said goodbye to Becca and and made our way for the station to Birmingham.

In Birmingham we were staying at the City Inn, which was a really fancy hotel, we intended to drop our bags in and go out for dinner as yet again we hadn’t really eaten, but it didn’t quite work out like that.  I think we must have been chatting for ages as we didn’t get going to nearly 10pm and went to Pizza Express for a decent meal unlike the chinese we had the night before.

We didn’t get back to the hotel until after 12.30am and for some reason couldn’t stop laughing when we were trying to go to sleep.

Friday 1st October 2010.

Another 6am start this morning, I was sooo tired I could barely drag myself out of bed.  Infact I was so tired I put my knickers on the wrong way to begin with.  LOL

Got to the first station for 8am and it was pouring of rain.  After standing in the rain for a long time getting wet, Joe’s tour guy came out and told us Joe would be at least another hour.  Some of us went off to get some hot drinks and tried to find some moderately dry seats to sit on.

Once one hour was nearly up we all went up to stand closer to the studio.  I got soaked, when I say soaked, I mean soaked.  I don’t think I have been that wet in my whole life, apart from like being in the bath of course lol. I had a hoodie on and I was soaked through, I lost the feeling in my feet and my hair was just a state, I looked like I had been pulled through a forest backwards nevermind a bush.  LOL

When Joe came out of the radio station he went underneath a cafe/restaurant with a roof and said he would take pictures there.  I did want a picture, but I really didn’t want to get Joe all wet and I seriously looked a mess.  I think I must have been the wetest there alot of people had umberella’s.

We met a girl called Kimberly earlier in the morning as well as Michelle, Tascha and Hazel from DS.  Kimberly had a picture with Joe and he recognised her from the tour in Cardiff, she said how do you remember that, and he said, I have a good memory.  tongue laugh Which of course we already knew.

Joe had a picture with a little girl who told him she was having the day off school and it was so cute watching him with her, he is so brillant with fans of all ages.

Eileen waved to Tascha and went up to her and asked her about some video’s that Michelle gave to her and told her they were beautiful and made her cry, she said that to Michelle too, lovely to know she had watched them and thought they were moving.

So off we went to the next radio station which was meant to be ITV.  We got slightly lost on the way and was going to jump into a taxi but was told the studio was round the corner.

The security guy wouldn’t let us stand underneath the roof bit, which was cruel as I was like a drowned rat as it was.  downer  The security guard came out again to tell us Joe wasn’t even on the list to be at the station, which was rather confusing and we don’t know what happened there.  confused

We went onto the next station which was in a shopping centre called MailBox, it was still pouring of rain the water was literally dropping off me. I was so glad to get inside and take my hoodie off adn get a hot drink.

Eileen came in and so did the guarist Ross and PR lady.  I kept saying I wanted to say hello to her but was too scared too.

Joe came in and had to go straight into the performance and radio interview as he was still running late. We all patiently waited for Joe to come out for pictures.

When Joe did come out lots of people went up to him and I kind of stood back and let all the people who hadn’t really seen Joe before get photos and things. I am quite happy to listen to him and watch him with the fans.  We then had a quick group picture, which I posted before.

I noticed Tascha, Michelle and Jen were with Eileen so I thought I would go up and say hi. I think it was Tascha who introduced me and Eileen said hello and shook my hand. Then she said to me, thanks for supporting Joe, I giggled and said, no problem.  tongue rolleye

Everyone was saying how brillant Joe is with the fans, and Eileen said how much Joe appreciates the fans, and he wouldn’t be here without them, she also said Joe is such a people person and so down to earth, of course we all agreed. Eileen also said, that they have been told Joe has the best fans, *why thank you, bows*.  tongue wink

Joe had to rush off, but was still happy to pose for a pic with Ross the guarist for Tascha before leaving.

Jenni faced her fear of going down escalators which we were very happy about.

Next off to the next station, which we thought was Birmingham.  smirk

We went back to the City Inn hotel and me and Jenni collected our bags, I changed my clothes in the toilet, I needed a bag for my wet clothes as they would have wet everything in the case. We put our bags in and out of the holding area thing about three times before finally taking them out for good, finding out the radio station address in Stoke on Trent and jumping in Michelle’s car.  It was about 3.20pm at this point and Joe’s interview was meant to be at 4pm, we were worried we wouldn’t get there in time and miss Joe.  As it was the last station, we really wanted to get there in time to say bye to Joe and Tascha and Michelle had some gifts to give to Joe and Eileen.  I fell asleep in the car.

Thanks to Michelle, Tascha and the Satnav, we got to the station at about 3.55pm, we saw some people around the station so we knew we hadn’t missed Joe, all that was left to do was parking, which didn’t got exactly pain sailing, but we got there in the end.  grin

It was still raining but not as heavy as earlier and I had Michelle’s rain coat on now. As soon as we got under the radio building it started pouring again.

About 5 minutes later a guy came in and said we were allowed in.  I had asked Ross earlier in the week if there would be any other acoustic performances, and he said there was, but not in front of audiences, so I was thinking, does he just mean to have photos and spare us from the rain.  tongue wink

As we were going up the stairs, I was thinking, wait are we going to watch Joe perform.  A man took us into a little room where we had to sit on the floor.  Joe was standing there with his mic and Eileen was sitting on a sit in the corner, Tascha gave her some flowers as we went in.  The tour guy said, only the mash up, so I was thinking, oooh he is singing yay.

Joe started singing the mash up and it sounded gorgeous just like before, I can’t believe how lucky I have been, 3 performances this week, it really is such a incredible experiences to hear Joe live, in such a small place with just a guitar, it felt like a little private show and you cannot stop smiling while watching him.  raspberry

We had already been told Joe was in a hurry and we would have to have quick photos, so after waiting for all other fans to get pictures, Joe came over to us.  I got a signed card of Ambitions and signed to Hayley, which I had been trying to get all week, I think Joe said something like thanks for coming.  Joe then hugged Jenni, tascha and Michelle and thanked us for supporting him all week.

Heres the pic.

We then made our way to the train station and a train was coming in soon going to London, so I said goodbye quickly and popped on the train.  It was rush hour by the time I got into London, but I got home safe and sound, still cold but nto wet.

So in conclusion, I spent alot of money, more then I care to calculate, have barely slept or eaten or drank, but I loved every minute and wouldn't have missed it for the world.  This time last week I hadn't meet Joe and now I have seen him all week, got a couple of pictures and even spoken a few words.  :bug: next on my list would be a bit more of a conversation, but I am glad I got over the sick nervous feeling in order to speak to him a little.  Joe does make you feel comfortable and he is very approachable and puts people at ease.  Watching Joe with the fans and hearing him sing, just makes me love him that little bit more.  Dreams really can come true lol.  Such a fantastic week, and I met alot of lovely people along the way.  I think Jen has been inspired and motivated to get out there and it's amazing what an effect Joe has on people.  I can't wait to see him again, it gets addictive once you have the bug.

If I don't have a cold next week, it will be a miracle.

THE END!!!!!!!!!!!! Wink
