Me!  Joe's sexuality has never been an issue for me and does not change a thing.  All of the posts on Joe sites and twitter last night were all incredibly supportive, we are all so proud of him.  Anyone who decides to stop supporting Joe is quite frankly pathetic, Joe being gay does not effect anything, I am 100% supporting him.

For me it was almost a certainty that he is gay..I always loved him for being so at ease with himself amongst others like the other contestants at the X Factor house and amongst his friends, the many interviewers he talked to, just about everyone. He is very genuine and of course , it is a very difficult thing to come out. First you have to deal with it yourself, personally.. then you have to get used to that idea for yourself and you tell ur family. Someone like Joe who is very in the press and media, its even more difficult, because you just dont know what what the reactions will be.
Im very proud he did it, Im very proud the way he did it, Im just very very proud of his fanbase being so perfectly understanding en supportive.

I always thought Joe was gay, well I thought he may have been in the beginning but became more and more convinced he probably was, I expected this day to come.  But even so I am still soooo proud of him for having the courage to come out, I love him even more and I didn't know that would be possible.  I have been reading so many tweets and messages, (30 pages underneath this blog) from fans who have been / are inspired to come out, Joe is an inspiration.  I love him ot pieces, I love how comfortable he always appears to be with himself.  I am glad he felt able to come out to his fans and wanted to be honest.

Wow, what a truly amazing day.
I just hope taht Jope is sensible enough ( though) I'm sure her is) to not let some people take advantage of him in this new situation.
I did put this in the letter of support I wrote to him.
I.m pretty sure he has his head screwed on the right way and  that he will not let people do this.
He is now, so vulnerable but very sensible

It seems all the singers that I love turn out to be gay!    I followed Clay Aiken all over the place when he was on his many tours, and thought nothing of traveling from Canada to the US and almost literally "following the bus" while he was on tour.  I spent a load of money during the tour days along with the American friends I met on the way.  It was a heady time, and we all drooled over his spectacular voice and fantastic personality.  But Clay lied through his teeth and denied denied - repeatedly.  Now I can't forgive him for that and now am not as supportive as I was.  I didn't mean to feel that way as I could care less about a person's sexuality - but deep down I guess I'm angry at him for "sucking" people in and being very less than honest. 

But with Joe - I have always sensed he was gay, and thought he was absolutely beautiful inside and out.  To me I felt it could only be a short matter of time before his announcement to the world.

I was right!  Being up front and outing himself in the type of business he has chosen can only be a good thing.  He did right.  Good on you - beautiful boy - I just wish I could just reach out and give you a big hug.....♥

'Fancying' is often all about an illusive dream!  Whether he is gay or straight is irrelevant here.  If you fancied him originally why should his 'coming out' make any difference to how you feel/think about him now?  Joe is a human being!  We, his fans on here, all admire him for his talent, looks, personality and honesty or we wouldn't be here as members of a site honouring him in the first place.  So the answer to your question is, no of course it is not wrong to 'fancy' him because he is gay, that would be idiotic wouldn't it?
