I can't get the Contact Us button to work.
Is it possible to e.mail the site, or is there a problem with the settings, please?

Thanks for this. There have been some server issues recently. I have forwarded your message to admin

Hooly ~ when you click on the Contact button, do you scroll down the page?   When you click on it I suspect you hope it will open up into a new window?  It doesn't do this so it is not immediately visible, you have to click on it then scroll down where you will see the contact message  box to fill in.

Can u try it again please and can u tell me what is changing in your adress ?
Like when you go to the forum you see in ur adress.. www.joemcelderry.com/forum

when u choose 'contact us'  it has to change into www.joemcelderry.com/contact  if that happens you can scroll down a bit and you have a contact form you can fill in.

We think we have found the issue. An old DNS entry may have caused you problems sometimes. This should all be fixed so feel free to post any future trouble or indeed if its all better for you now.

I'm sorry to keep on - are you sure you are scrolling down once you have clicked on the Contact button hooly?  Nothing happens when you actually click on it you have to scroll down, then you should see the message box to fill in

When I clcik on the contact me button, and scroll dow, all I get is like a not entry sign?
I keep my finger on the left hand click button, an everthing remains as it is, and it won't allow me to scroll down.
I'm probably a bit thick here and not doing it right?

I have no idea what has happened hooly - you should get this once you click on "Contact Us":

I dont get that at all, for some reason.
Must be a gremlin in my computer

It must have been my computer but it works OK now.

It might have ben the DNS hooly. That caused gremlins.

We changed something last week that has hopefully meant people are fine now. I will send a mass email out to let people know.

Thanks Admin - that option hadn't occurred to me to be honest.  I just couldn't think what was wrong in Hooly's case
