yes there is. you can do it on Photoshop but im really bad at it!

Well we can't have Joe with a wonky mouth now can we?  Obviously not an easy thing to do because you are quite an expert at this kind of thing.  I have worked with photoshop, it tends to need a steady hand which unfortunately I don't always seem to have!
