I think we'll definately be able to get close enough to touch him, not too sure about pictures it's been really hit and miss all tour, sometimes they've been able to stand outside the hotel for about 20 mins and chat with the fans and have pics, and sometimes security's been so tight for some reason sometimes they can only say a quick hi and be rushed away
