Susan Boyle got so much attention (a) because she has a remarkable voice and (b) because of her millions of YouTube views, not because she doesn't look like a popstar, indeed the opposite is true.  Her looks don't seem to matter regarding her success.  Hence the reason she had massive sales of her album - it going to No.1 in the charts.  There is room for everyone in this world, young and old, and considering she has a mental health problem to contend with I salute her- that's not to say I personally bought the album   

I still love some of the 'old rockers' but then I am one - sad really but it comes to all of us in the end believe me haha!!

Yeah fair enough Susie, Susan Boyle does have a good voice, I just don't like her style of music thats all. x
