Not living in the UK - I probably shouldn't comment as this is something I hadn't read about in any news.   I don't fully understand your post,  but I can understand your frustration over a presumed wrong done to someone you admire.

Joe will run into this kind of thing all the time.  He has to be a little gullible given his young age and sheltered life and will probably run into "stuff" at the beginning as the world is full of very strange people, he is gonna meet some doozies in the world of show business and the media.  But if he is as grounded as he says he is - hopefully Joe will take it all in his stride.

We can't fight his battles for him - he and his carers will have to do that.  And just because Joe won the X Factor - does not mean everyone has to love him like we do.

The guy at the Sun is just doing his job trying to sell newspapers with any kind of headline and sensationalism.  It's what journalists!  Before you get your knickers in a worse knot - my observation after finally reading the article - is I think there's a lot of truth to what he says.  Yes - Joe's young skin probably is a lot thicker for the whole experience, and yes - they probably should be grooming him for something classier than tracks like The Climb.  The next Buble?  He could do a lot worse.  While I kinda agree with the last part of that "article"..... the Sun ain't exactly yer classy daily newspaper now is it!  (All I can remember of the Sun when I was not even of school age was that there was always a naked lady on page 3!) So I'd recommend taking the whole thing with a pinch of salt.

Don't let us be negative over one stupid article - the only way to help Joe is to stay positive.  Joe will be fine.
well said!
