As we reported earlier, Joe stopped by a hospital in Durham earlier this week and now we have some more information on it!
He visited the University Hospital of North Durham, where he’s also completed work experience, unnanounced and spent some time with patients and workers.

Joe McElderry will be the opening act for the NTA’s next week! According to Digital Spy, the X Factor winner will be performing Journey’s hit ‘Don’t Stop Believin’ at the National Television Awards next Wednesday.
Simon Cowell picked the song for Joe after deciding he shouldn’t sing The Climb, the song he won the show with.
